Daniel Arsham is a Cleveleand born, New York based artist who explores sculpture, drawing, performance and even architectiure.

Pictured is some of his amazing sculpture work exploring the effects of natural decay in man made pop culture objects such as sporting, electronic and musical equipment.

His connection to sport goes further still with the work he has done as part of his art/architecture collaboration (with architect Alex Mustonen), Snarkitecure.

Arsham and Mustonen were commissioned to create an installation for the new Marlins baseball stadium built on the site of the old Orange Bowl in Miami.
To commemorate the original Orange Bowl, the pair recreated the original stadium signage as 10 foot high letters scattered around the stadium plaza, creating different words as the viewer moves through the area.
